Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

The messages and recipient names you enter are used only to generate postcard content inside the app.

2. On-device processing

Postcard creation and rendering take place on your device. BloomPost does not currently require account creation and does not maintain a user account database.

3. Purchases

If you purchase BloomPost Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. BloomPost receives purchase status and entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features, but Apple handles billing and payment details.

4. Photos access

If you choose to save a postcard to your photo library, the app requests permission to write to Photos. If you choose a custom background image, iOS presents the system photo picker so you can explicitly select the image you want to use.

5. Analytics and tracking

BloomPost does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

6. Data sharing

BloomPost does not currently sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary for App Store purchase processing provided by Apple.

7. Data retention

Content you create is stored locally on your device only to the extent iOS and the app retain app state. BloomPost does not currently operate its own backend for storing postcard data.

8. Children's privacy

BloomPost is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated in the future. The latest version will be made available on this page and inside the app.

Terms of Service

1. Use of the app

BloomPost lets you create and export floral postcard designs for personal use. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law.

2. Purchases

BloomPost Pro is offered as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Pricing, billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User content

Any text you enter into the app, including card messages and recipient names, remains your responsibility. You agree not to use the app to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, and original assets are owned by the BloomPost developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Availability

Features of the app may be updated, improved, or discontinued at any time. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the BloomPost developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated in the future. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
