By creating an account or using PlayVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for ratings, reviews, notes, and social actions you submit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued.

Third-Party Services

PlayVault relies on third-party providers, including Firebase (auth and data storage), Cloudflare Workers (API delivery), and IGDB (game metadata).

Account Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion in-app removes account data, subject to technical and legal constraints.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
